I have most of the emision equip that im keeping figured out but im lost, I cant figure out what goes to the tube in the back of the E4MC at the top center

It goes to the choke stove pipe on the manifold next to the choke. There's a pipe that connects to the stove and that carb port which is connected by a 1" piece of vacuum rubber tube.
